Introduction:

Today, the world is witnessing an unprecedented transformation driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has become an integral component of economic, governmental, financial, healthcare, and judicial sectors. As AI technologies continue to evolve at a rapid pace, they have introduced a wide range of legal and regulatory challenges relating to civil and criminal liability, data protection and privacy, ethical governance, intellectual property rights, competition law, and regulatory compliance.
